Our Founder
I'm Kimberly Hairston-Hicks, the founder and CEO of Good Beauté. I am also a wife, mom, and good living advocate committed to inspiring women to cultivate a healthy, happy, good life. I started the Good Beauté. Company because I believe that Black Women deserve meaningful research and product development in the beauty industry.
Before starting my own company, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a multicultural hair-care portfolio backed by L. CATTERTON COMPANY. I also held leadership roles for Unilever, Coty, L’Oréal, and The Coca-Cola Company.
I earned my M.B.A from Clark Atlanta University and my Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Kean University.
I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the National Black MBA Association.
